Capt. Tapash Kumar
Founder and Chairman
Capt. Tapash Kumar retired from the Indian Army in 1982 as a part of the Army Service Corps (ASC). Established in 1760, the ASC serves as the logistics arm of the Army and is responsible for the procurement, provisioning and timely distribution of supplies to soldiers across the country.
His training proved to be invaluable in later years when he founded UTSV Enterpriise (Estd. 2002) and started the manufacture of marine container spare parts.
He established delivery nodes across vital trade junctions in India and ensured that shipping lines would have timely access to high quality container spares.
Under his able guidance, UTSV Enterpriise has gradually expanded its product portfolio to include plywood, paints, structures and panels etc. and has since become the supplier of choice for its customers.

Prakash is an Experienced leader of technology operations & support services. He has over 20 years of experience in IT viz, System integration, Development, Design/Model, Capacity/Resource planning both in India and abroad.
His experience spans across both start-ups and enterprise organizations with responsibility on architecting software solutions and execution of teams for digital products.
His expertise on various database technologies is highly appreciated among clients. He has worked for some of the most respected companies in INDIA like ISPAT group, Raymond Ltd., and overseas MNC American Express, NDC Health, McKesson Corporation, InterTech Media etc. He holds a degree in Computer engineering from NIT Surat (previously named REC Surat).
Manash Samaddar
Chief Operating Officer
Manash Samaddar completed his MBA in supply chain management with a specialization in information systems. The fact that supply chains of the future shall be more data centric, agile and value oriented cannot be over emphasized. However, unless the logistics cost of a supply chain is optimized, it is difficult to convert it into a value chain.With this understanding and his exposure to global best practices in this sector.
Manash is looking to use disruptive innovation and data analytics based strategies to implement a continuous improvement approach towards manufacture and distribution of goods and services inherent in the maritime supply chain.
